Metro Transit Authority 100 Shelters Project

Right-of-way and utility surveys of 30 difficult or non-typical bus shelter locations.

In an effort to continue to provide improved transit service with more amenities for customers, former Mayor Dean included additional funding for 100 new bus shelters throughout areas of Nashville with the heaviest ridership.

Under our 5-year IDIQ contract with MTA as a subconsultant to Gresham Smith and Partners, CIA was tasked with providing right-of-way and utility surveys of 30 difficult or non-typical locations for the proposed new shelters.

The surveys included locations of existing right-of-way and property lines, utilities, roadway and pedestrian facilities, driveways, signage, and other features to assist MTA with placement of the new shelters.
