CIA Engineers is a member of the multidisciplinary team providing program management services to Metropolitan Nashville/Davidson County’s Water Services Department (Metro Water Services) to address combined sewer and sanitary sewer overflows via Metro’s Clean Water Nashville Overflow Abatement Program (Program). CIA Engineers’ tasks include providing Consent Decree compliance and reporting services to the Program Controls Team; providing design guidelines and standards services, permitting expertise and guidance, and project set design coordination services to the Design Management Team; and providing other services, expertise, and training, as required.
